Occultism, spiritualists & most religions refer to the Astral Plane as “the World Beyond” or 4th ‘dimension’. The astral plane is a density-degree of the Ākāśa principle. Akasha in its most subtle form is the Ether : in which, amongst other vibrations, electric as well as magnetic ones are propagating : from which the four elements Fire, Air, Water & Earth originate. Consequently the Akasha principle is the origin of light, sound, color, rhythm, and life in all things created.
